Teriyaki Beef Recipe


This is a great Teriyaki Beef recipe, served best with broccoli and rice.


Ingredients:

2 tsp. Cornstarch

3 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce

4 tsp. Vegetable Oil, divided

1 lb. Round of Beef, cut in thin strips

6 Green Onions, cut in thin slices

2 Red Bell Peppers, cut in thin strips


Directions:

In a large bowl, add the cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, and 2 tsp. of oil.  Add the beef and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 45 minutes.


Stir-fry the onions and bell peppers in a wok with 2 tsp. of oil for 3 minutes, then remove from pan.  Stir-frry the beef strings half at a time for 3 minutes each.  Then add the vegetables back, and cook until hot.
