Shrimp and Broccoli Recipe


Shrimp, broccoli, Chinese food at it’s finest.


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

12 oz. pkg. frozen Broccoli and Red Peppers

2 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 lb. Shrimp

1/4 Cup Water

2 tsp. fresh Ginger Root, grated

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce


Directions:

Over medium heat, add the olive oil to a wok.  Add the frozen vegetables and garlic and stir-fry for 3 minutes. 


Add the shrimp, water and ginger and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are hot and shrimp is pink.


In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and cornstarch, and stir into the wok for 3 minutes until the sauce is thickened.


Prep Time:  15 minutes

Cook Time:  10 minutes

Yield:  4 servings
